1986 Porshce 944 Lux Project is my weekend drive car, the car was bought with know overheating issues, which turned out to be headgasket blown, - and when the head went in for a reskim they found a crack going across the center of the head. - bottem half of the engine was 1000 odd miles from going "BANG" as it turns out as well. but we found a new head for the engine, after we got 2nd engine to put in the car with only 80k on the clock.
The Second engine was soda/glass beed blasted before putting in the car, and i just gotten around to add the black paint to the engine, - the Red paint to be added very soon on the letters.
Other work has been done to get the car passed the mot, but the paint work is showing how bad it was done when thing was done to the car before.... which means an stip back to metal and get it done RIGHT!
things still to get for the car:-
a set of 15" or 16" fuch rim's painted in black and silver rap in £1200 worht of pirelli P-ZERO's
upgrade the disc's and calapers to the 944 turbo (220bhp ones) and all the parts needed for the change.
